Phase 1 is an assessment, then development of a scope of services, with a followup meeting with management regarding which services are needed and a timeline for providing and completing services.

Phase 2 is when we put the services team on task to respond effectively and efficiently. Budgeting of hours at reasonable rates to keep costs contained.  Weekly updates on new issues identified and services concluded.

Phase 3 is wrapup and reporting. At the end of the engagement, either verbal or written reports are produced and if requested, quarterly checkups to ensure reduction-of-risk opportunities are being applied.
