Let us develop a custom work engagement based on your needs. Here’s what we’ll do:

Phase 1 is an assessment, then development of a scope of services, with a followup meeting with management regarding which services are needed and a timeline for providing and completing services.

Phase 2 is our task to respond effectively and efficiently. Budgeting of hours at reasonable rates to keep costs contained.  Weekly updates on new issues identified and services concluded.

Phase 3 is wrapup and reporting. At the end of the engagement, either verbal or written reports are produced and if requested, quarterly checkups to ensure reduction-of-risk opportunities are being applied.
